Quick, convenient and brilliantly versatile, Spray & Cook Original is a South African kitchen cupboard staple designed to make cooking and baking easier. A light spray helps prevent food from sticking to pans, baking trays and dishes, making it ideal for frying, roasting and baking without needing to pour in additional cooking oil.

Ingredients: Vegetable oil, water, emulsifiers, anti-foaming agent, preservatives, antioxidants and propellant.

Allergens: Contains SOYA.

Important: Pressurised container. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames.
