Naturally fermented from sugar cane, it has a distinctive full-bodied acidity that’s ideal for pickling, marinades, sauces, chutneys and salad dressings. It’s also a favourite for making biltong marinades and adding that unmistakable sharpness to savoury dishes.

Ingredients: Spirit vinegar, caramel colour, preservative (SULPHUR DIOXIDE).
