Rich, savoury and full of hearty flavour, Royco Rich Oxtail Soup Mix is a South African pantry favourite. Enjoy it as a warming bowl of soup, or use it as a convenient way to add flavour and thickness to oxtail, stews, casseroles, gravies and potjies. Royco specifically recommends it for thickening an oxtail casserole.

Ingredients: Starch [corn and/or WHEAT (GLUTEN)], salt, sugar, hydrolysed vegetable protein (GLUTEN, SOYA), colourant (caramel), monosodium glutamate (flavour enhancer), flavourings, vegetable oil (palm fruit, TBHQ), potassium chloride, acid, flavour enhancer, irradiated spices.

Allergens: Contains SOYA and WHEAT (GLUTEN). May contain COW’S MILK.

How to prepare: Stir the contents into 850ml water. Bring to the boil while stirring continuously, partially cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Serves 4.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
