Designed to season and thicken at the same time, simply stir it into your favourite sishebo or stew for a deep, savoury flavour with warming spices. A handy South African cupboard staple when you want plenty of flavour without needing lots of separate seasonings.

Ingredients: Maize flour, salt, texturised vegetable protein, WHEAT bran (GLUTEN), flavourings, sugar, paprika*, coriander*, CELERY*, black pepper*, flavour enhancers (MSG, E631, E627), pimento*, citric acid, garlic, chilli.

Allergens: Contains SOYA, WHEAT (GLUTEN) and CELERY.

How to prepare: Add 2 tablespoons to your favourite sishebo or stew, or more if required. No additional flavouring or thickening is required.
