Hot, tangy and packed with crunchy vegetables, Pakco Hot Vegetable Atchar is a classic South African condiment inspired by traditional Indian pickles. Carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, green beans and onion are combined with chilli, mustard and turmeric for a bold, spicy flavour. Serve alongside curries and biryani, add to sandwiches and wraps, or enjoy as a punchy side with braai meats.

Ingredients: Vegetables (60%) [carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, green beans & onion in variable proportions], vegetable oil [sunflower seed, TBHQ (E319)], irradiated spices [chilli, MUSTARD, turmeric], Bird’s Eye chilli, salt, vinegar, preservatives [sodium benzoate (E211), potassium sorbate (E202)], acidity regulator (E330), firming agent (E509).
