Moir’s Vanilla Custard Powder – 250g

Smooth, creamy and wonderfully nostalgic, Moir’s Vanilla Custard Powder is a South African pantry classic. Simply add milk and sugar to make a rich vanilla-flavoured custard in minutes. Serve it warm over malva pudding, apple crumble or other desserts, enjoy it cold with fruit, or use it for trifles and other family favourites.

Ingredients: Corn starch, salt, flavouring, colourants (E104, E124).

How to prepare: Mix custard powder and sugar with 50ml cold milk. Bring 450ml milk to the boil, add the custard mixture and return to the boil while stirring continuously until smooth and thickened. Serve hot or cold.
