Tangy, crunchy and full of aromatic flavour, Miami Mild Vegetable Atchar combines crisp vegetables with traditional spices in seasoned vegetable oil. With a gentler heat than the hot version, it’s perfect alongside curries, bunny chow and braai meats, or added to sandwiches and savoury dishes for an extra punch of South African flavour.

Ingredients: Carrots (41%), cabbage (41%), vegetable oil (sunflower seed, paprika, TBHQ), onions (7%), salt, fenugreek seeds, curry powder (turmeric, chillies, peri-peri, maize starch, salt), acidity regulator (citric acid E330), allspice, peri-peri, preservative (sodium benzoate E211).
