A traditional South African staple, Iwisa Samp is made from dried, coarsely crushed maize kernels and cooks slowly to become tender, hearty and wonderfully comforting. It’s perfect for making classic samp and beans, or serving alongside rich stews, curries, braised meat and hearty vegetable dishes. A proper taste of home and a brilliant store-cupboard staple for traditional South African cooking.
