Ina Paarman’s Meat Spice – 200ml

A classic all-purpose South African meat seasoning, Ina Paarman’s Meat Spice combines roasted coriander, black pepper, garlic, thyme, mace and allspice with sea salt. It’s made for steaks and lamb chops on the braai, but is equally useful for roasts, casseroles, mince and even roast vegetables.

Ingredients: Sea salt, spices, dextrose, garlic, fibre, herbs, sugar, flavouring, colourant (caramel).

The manufacturer currently declares no regulated allergens, so I’d omit the allergen section. It is also listed as gluten-free, vegan, Halaal and Kosher Parev.
