A South African kitchen staple made especially for poultry, Ina Paarman’s Chicken Spice combines aromatic spices with garlic, onion, herbs and sea salt for an easy all-in-one seasoning. Sprinkle generously over a whole roast chicken, chicken breasts, thighs or wings before cooking, or use it to season grilled chicken, stir-fries and homemade chicken salads. Ina Paarman highlights garlic, onion, black pepper, clove and sage among the flavours in the blend.

Ingredients: Sea salt, spices, dextrose, fibre, onion, flavouring, herbs, sun-dried tomato, garlic, sugar, colourant (caramel).

The manufacturer currently declares no regulated allergens for this product, so I’d omit an allergen section rather than adding one unnecessarily. It is also listed as gluten-free and vegan.
