A South African braai essential, Ina Paarman’s Braai & Grill Seasoning is a savoury blend of sea salt, paprika, garlic, roasted coriander, black pepper and onion. Shake it over beef, lamb, chicken or vegetables before they hit the braai, grill or barbecue for an easy boost of classic South African flavour. As this is an all-in-one seasoning containing sea salt, there’s no need to pre-salt your food.
