Bright, zesty and full of character, Ina Lessing Lime & Ginger Marmalade combines the sharp citrus flavour of lime with the gentle warmth of ginger. Sweet, tangy and slightly spicy, it’s delicious spread over hot buttered toast, crumpets or scones, and also works beautifully alongside cheese. A traditional South African preserve with a lovely little gingery kick.
