Eureka Mills Vetkoek Easy Home Mix makes it brilliantly simple to recreate this much-loved classic at home, with no kneading required. Fill them with savoury curry mince or enjoy them warm with butter, jam, syrup or honey.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), yeast (sachet), sugar, salt, SOYA (GMO free), sodium diacetate, DATEM, amylase, calcium propionate.

Allergens: Contains WHEAT (GLUTEN) and SOYA. Eureka Mills' own current product catalogue also declares wheat, gluten and soya as allergens.

How to prepare: Add the included yeast sachet and approximately 750g lukewarm water, then prepare according to the packet instructions before deep-frying until golden.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
