A true South African pantry staple, Bakers Salticrax are crisp, savoury salted crackers that are baked rather than fried. Delicious straight from the box, but even better loaded up with cheese and chutney, biltong and cream cheese, avo, pâté or your favourite dip. They’re an easy everyday snack and a classic addition to a South African-style snack board.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), unhydrogenated vegetable oil (palm kernel, palm fruit), salt, sugar, yeast (soya), acid (E270), invert syrup, malt extract (barley (gluten)), glucose syrup, emulsifier [sunflower lecithin, rice flour, anti-caking agent (E341)], raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), golden syrup, flour improver (sodium metabisulphite), proteolytic enzyme.

Allergens: Contains WHEAT (GLUTEN), BARLEY (GLUTEN), SOYA and SULPHITES.
