A South African biscuit-tin classic, Bakers Lemon Creams sandwich a thick, zesty lemon-flavoured cream filling between two crisp golden biscuits. Sweet, tangy and wonderfully nostalgic, they’re perfect alongside a cup of tea or rooibos — with that unmistakable lemony centre that has made them a favourite for generations.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, unhydrogenated vegetable oil (palm fruit), golden syrup (cane sugar, salt, acidity regulator E330, anti-foaming agent E900) (3.5%), butter (milk), emulsifiers [E471, E322 (soya)], acidity regulator [malic acid (E296)], salt, whey powder (milk), raising agents [E450 (sodium acid pyrophosphate), E500 (sodium bicarbonate)], enzyme (proteolytic enzyme), flour treatment agent (sodium metabisulphite), colour (E160a).
